Help needed to identify an Arthurian themed tarot

 I bought this Arthurian or Grail themed tarot back in 2005, and have not been able to identify it. The cards have titles in French, so I just call it the 'French Arthurian Tarot'.
Has anyone else seen this deck and could provide me with any details about it?

The titles of the cards indicate an Arthurian theme.
I Merlin
II La dame du Lac
III Guenievre
IV Arthur
VI Lancelot
VIII Excalibur

The artwork seems rather good.
