I want to say "lovely" but that's probably not the right word. Thanks!

You're very welcome Deb :) glad you like them.
it's pretty cold wet and bleak here, so it's a good time to put the scanner to work.

I'm a quadruple Virgo. Whether that is what makes me a prude, I don't know. Maybe it was the fact that my intellectually disabled son just now had to tell me about his first masturbation since his vasectomy ... nah! I'm just a prude. Hence, I don't like erotic decks.
However ... let me add ... the artwork is superb. And, if it wasn't an erotic deck ... I'd search for it in a minute ... so thanks for sharing this deck.

normally I don't like/collect erotic theme decks either, however, Canosa is one of my favorite artists and this one just works for me.......so I guess there's an exception to every rule.

HG Images appears to have one available for 55 GBP:
http://www.hgimages.dircon.co.uk/playcard/ita/catita.htm
Not really sure if that's a good price or not. I bought mine from Somerville about 4 years ago for 21 GBP (back when the exchange rate was a lot better), and I have no idea how (or if) the collectability value has risen over the years.
Amazingly, Somerville often has relatively rare decks pop up in their catalog that have been OOP for years. It's worthwhile checking their What's New section every now and then to catch them.

hi ahclem...I had no idea that Sommerville sells OOP decks......I'm glad you were able to secure one for yourself......I was thinking of you when I was posting these, I know (from your Ex Libris collection ;)) that these would be perfect for you.
yea, I saw that HG site too, although I have no idea if they're reliable.

I see you also have the Donata Lanzoni playing cards (good for you)......very shee shee aren't they. they always remind me of Bergdorf's or Henri Bendel's LOL
you got a steal from Sommerville (for the Canosa) as far as I'm concerned.
I paid double what HG is quoting (about a year ago).......no Tarot people on that auction, very serious playing card collectors and it was a tough auction

I do remember sweating for a day between the time I placed my order with Somerville for the Canosa deck and receiving the confirmation from them. I was absolutely sure they were going to come back and tell me it was already gone.
I've never ordered from HG Images, but they've been on the web for something like a decade now, and seem to have a good reputation. My only concern is that their catalog has seen very few updates these last few years, so I have no idea how current it is.
