Wanted to show off a few of my new cards and get some input.  I only have a couple of cards to finish up and really like how this one is rounding out.

I always like to see a new take on the Fool. I see you have also found an original way of tackling that most difficult of cards, the Tower.

Thank you Adam.

I really enjoy stretching the imagination whenever possible.  I have been pondering on adding color but I am getting quite attached to the black and white.

I'm partial to black and white decks myself...they seem to cut to the chase in regards to representing the card's energy.

Yours are lovely :)

Thank you Nicky and Gregory,

I should have them finished up soon and I am not sure on the price just yet, depends on how long it takes me to finish and how much to print.

Great to also see you here on the forum.:tt

That is entirely OK Truelight, I don't think anyone would have recognised the name I used to join.  I have been mostly a lurker, it takes me a while to get to chatting.

Thank all of you for your input, I am glad you opted for black and white I just wanted to make sure my thinking was on the right page.  It really is more of the look I was going for.

Well I finished up the artwork for the deck late last night.  Here is a small version of the cards.  I still have some final touches but I should be done with it by next week.

When I first saw the folder title, I thought I wouldn't be interested (now that I have the Mystical Cat, what more do I need?)

But...I like, I want.  he-he-he,  greedy aren't I.  I too have to cut back (at least that's what I keep insisting to myself.)

For some reason I knew the blistersnbutterflies was you, I don't know why tho.  Is that moniker used on your website somewhere?

I can't wait to get a better look at them.  I too like your take on the Fool and the Tower, but Hanged Man and Death look intriguing also.  The style is alittle different than what you've been doing on Nanny Norton stuff, isn't it?  More abstract.   I like the black/white, I like b/w tarots.  BUT, color would be very interesting too.

Thank you and yes this style is a bit different.   Nanny Norton and the tarot just don't sound right together. LOL  I don't think I have used that name on anything except here until recently

I think I will stick with the b/w, I had thought of doing color with computer but decided to ditch that idea.  I will try to do a video so you can get a better view of them soon.  I still need to design a box.  I think I will go with the white jewelry boxes painted to order.  Haven't made up my mind yet.  I will keep you up to date and let you know when they are ready.  I will of course extend a discount for forum members.

Thanks everyone for the input. I have finally finished up the deck and listed the deck on for sale on my website at http://www.nannynortonprims.com  for anyone interested. I have limited them to 100 decks and they are laminated with an original box to store them.

I have listed them cheaper this week so anyone on the forum can get the early decks at a lower price.  I will raise the price on 4/7/09.   For those of you outside the USA please add $4.00 for shipping.

Any questions please email me and here is the youtube video so you can see all the cards.
