The Kabbalistic Tarot of Papus was first printed in b&w for a book of cartomancy published by Papus in 1909: Le Tarot divinatoire, a study based in part on the works of Etteilla.
In fact, the divinatory meanings attributed by Papus to the 78 Arcana follow substantially those of the Tarot of Etteilla.
The 78 figures of the book was drawn by a young artist: Gabriel Goulinat.
Over time that figures have been transformed into an authentic Tarot deck, but always in a rough way, without respect for the very high esoteric value of this work.
It is worth mentioning that Papus was a member of several magical brotherhoods, including the Theosophical Society, the Ordre Kabbalistique de la Rose-Croix, the Gnostic Church, the Freemasonry, the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn.
He is also remembered for having founded a mystical brotherhood that still exists today: the Order of Martinists.
However... the Tarot of Papus comes back to life after 110 years in a sumptuous dress created by RINASCIMENTO ITALIAN STYLE ART and is in
