I bought this majors only deck some years ago but have forgotten the details. Each card image is signed JMK DA.
Can anyone help me identify it?Attachment: unidentified.jpg (Downloaded 63 times)

It's very familiar. I could have sworn I had met it on your blog, but I can't see it.... I'll check all my image files...

It is signed JMK DA with a space between the 'JMK' and the ' DA'. This could suggest that 'DA' is a place name, a country or town, but I cannot think of anything that would fit.

Oh. That's a shame - that I DON'T recognise, which adds to my feeling that I saw that first strip of cards somewhere else. The fool's head rings a bell.
DA is used as an abbreviation for Denmark - Danmark, in Dansk....
I wonder if i's in Manteia somewhere...

If this is any help at all - it has just been pointed out to me that the Magician is holding his/her staff like a Japanese sword, which could be a clue. Or not...
This would tie into my feeling that I have seen it somewhere connected with you !

Maybe I asked you before. I've had this one for years and no one seems to know it.

No, this did not come through Chialing. I bought it on eBay back in 2005 or so.

I have searched some of the card images on Google, Bing and Tineye and there are no finds, and if you don't know it either, it appears I have a unique item.

On close inspection with a magnifying glass, I see that this is screen printed, so it is likely to have been created in a small edition, which may account for it being unknown to most collectors.

Frustrating. I know I have seen this before and I believe I even owned it at one time, but I cannot recall anything else about it. I will check my archives.
