 I found both these decks in Kaplan's Tarot Encyclopedias. 

They both look as though they were printed in small or limited editions.   I have never seen them available anywhere. 

If anyone had ever seen them in real life, either for sale, or the actual decks I figure it would be someone here.  :cool:
